Assistant Administrative Co-ordinator and Customer Service Person
Blackpool Music Academy CIC have a part-time position for a customer service person with good administrative skills and good knowledge of social media platforms.
Duties to include but not limited to:
- Answering telephone calls
- Assisting customers with membership enrolment
- Sale of musical instruments
- Making refreshments for customers when required
- Inputting data and personal information
- Updating and adding information to our website and social media platforms
- Event co-ordination
- Ad-hoc duties
This is a part-time temporary position of 10 hours per week over 3 days (to be discussed). All employees required to have DBS check.
– Rate of Pay is £11.50ph
– Holidays to be included ‘pro rata’ (holidays will need to be taken during half term periods)
